• Yes, you can visit the school, but it is recommended to schedule an appointment in advance.

    • Registration for returning students for the 2024-2025 academic year begins on Saturday, March 23, 2024, and continues until Saturday, April 27, 2024.

    • If you miss the specified registration period, an additional fee of $50 per student will be applied.

    • To register any student born before September 30, 2019 (five years old) in Kindergarten, please fill out the new student registration form on the school's website, and you will be contacted later to schedule an assessment for the student

  • A student is officially registered when the following are completed:

    • The registration form sent to the parent/guardian's email is filled out.

    • Four post-dated cheques are submitted according to the following schedule, made out to École Al-Salam, or the registration fees and tuition are fully paid by April 27, 2024, via an E-transfer to: info@ecolealsalam.com

    If any cheque is returned due to insufficient funds, a fee of $25 per cheque will apply.

    If you have more than one student, you may pay the registration fees and tuition in only two installments:

    • The first installment by April 27, 2024.

    • The second installment by September 1, 2024.

    • École Al-Salam is a non-profit charitable school. The tuition paid for the student is considered a donation to the school. In exchange for the tuition paid (excluding registration fees), the parent/guardian will receive a tax receipt in March.

    • If the registration is completed after the deadline of April 27, 2024, a fee of $50 per student will be applied.

    • The tax receipt will be issued in the name of the person who pays the cheques or the bank transfer for the student, without exception.

    • If a student withdraws from the school before the beginning of September and the administration is notified before September, whether the tuition was paid by bank transfer or cheques, only the second and third installments will be refunded.

    • If a student withdraws starting from December, the school retains the entire tuition, and the second and third installments will be withdrawn on their scheduled dates.

  • There is no fee for textbooks, but the books must be returned at the end of the school year. If any book is damaged or lost, a fee determined by the administration must be paid for each book.
